Mr. T Endures Nietzschean soul-crisis
Mr. T is no longer able to pity fools, according to Hollywood insiders who claim the bottom fell out of his psyche after he read Nietzsche’s The Antichrist.
According to Nietzsche, “Pity stands opposed to the tonic emotions which heighten our vitality: it has a depressing effect… Pity makes suffering contagious.” Hitler’s favorite philosopher showed that pity is bad for the pitier and the pitied, draining the former and shaming the latter.
“Pity is nihilism put into practice,” said T during a recent interview. “That is why I can no longer pity fools. Ultimately, we are each of us alone in the universe. There is only the will to power.”
Mr. T’s reality series I Pity the Fool is on hiatus while producers seek an inferior human being to host.
